Virtual Vocalist eseph is series of vocal-synthesis libraries made for softwares such as UTAU and OpenUtau. Being Japanese-English bilingual, and designed for vocal performances intended to sound uniquely artificial, while also being high-quality and expressive, Virtual Vocalist eseph produces a sound unlike any other.
What is「eseph for UTAU」?
「eseph for UTAU」 is the original line of vocals made for eseph. A set of singing synthesis libraries for the UTAU and OpenUtau software. Vocals in the 「eseph for UTAU」 line are notable for having a relaxed low-to-mid range, and a high range that is powerful and emotional. With consistent timbres between the Japanese and English voicebanks, 「eseph for UTAU」can switch seemlessly between the two languages without issue, while maintaining its distinctive vocal performance.

「eseph COLORS」 is a supplemental line to 「eseph for UTAU」. Like 「eseph for UTAU」, they are set of singing synthesis libraries for the UTAU and OpenUtau software.
Voicebanks in the 「eseph COLORS」 line boast multiple different "Voice Colors" that can change the mood, tone, and singing style of the voice. From soft whispery ballads, to intense rock, 「eseph COLORS」 is capable of a wide variety of expressions across many different genres.

"Voice Colors" allow you to make eseph sing with different timbres and styles - allowing eseph to be very expressive and versatile..
In UTAU, you can utilize these Voice Colors by accompanying the note lyrics with a numbered prefix ( [02_- あ], [03_- aa] , etc. ). You can also batch-attach prefixes using various UTAU plugins, such as iroiro2.
In OpenUtau, you can easily utilize these Voice Colors via the Voice Color (CLR) parameter.
eseph COLORS has 5 Voice Colors, available in both Japanese and English.
A neutral tone. It boasts a consistent and clear timbre throughout its whole range.

CROSS COLORS
"Cross Colors" utilize the other 5 Voice Colors to create new expressions.
In UTAU, you can use Cross Colors by locating and double-clicking the "prefix-map_cross-colors" folder in the voicebank. Double-click the folder containing the Cross Color you would like to use. Copy the prefix.map file in that folder, and paste it in the voicebank's base folder. Overwrite the current prefix.map when it prompts you. This will change the voicebank's default tone to the Cross Color you selected.
In OpenUtau, you can easily utilize these Voice Colors via the Voice Color (CLR) parameter, just like the other regular Voice Colors.

Using Virtual Vocalist eseph for:
Expression that is illegal, discriminatory, or aimed at harming others is strictly prohibited.
Pedophiliac expression, or for acts which encourage it are strictly prohibited.
"Pedophiliac expression" refers to content that portrays sexual or romantic acts between one or more legal adults and individuals below the legal age of majority in a desirable, encouraging, or jovial manner. This includes both fictional and non-fictional depictions.Religious expression is strictly prohibited.

We'd all heard the stories. Androids from other Spirals suddenly going berserk, accompanied by a vacant red gaze, following the appearance of some kind of presence in their local network.
